Early Pregnancy Class

​

In this class, we want to prepare you for a healthy pregnancy journey! Come learn what to expect at your prenatal visits, how your baby develops over nine months, how to stay well during pregnancy, how to manage common pregnancy discomforts and what to watch out for, and when to call your provider. We will discuss what is safe in pregnancy and what is not recommended, as well as fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness. We can’t wait to start your pregnancy journey with you!

Class Details

  • Ideal for couples in their first trimester or early second trimester

  • Class sizes are typically 4-8 couples

  • This is a two-hour class with time for Q & A

  • The cost for this class is $35/person

  • Class is taught by a Registered Nurse
