The second half of this class will prepare you to care for your newborn at home and cover realistic expectations of the postpartum time period:

Umbilical cord care

Breast & bottle feeding

Sleeping recommendations

How to hold a baby

Soothing a crying baby

Normal newborn appearance

Physical recovery for moms

In-person Class Details

Ideal for couples to attend between 28-36 weeks of pregnancy - register early as classes fill up quickly

Class sizes are typically 10 -14 couples

This is a six hour class, with a one hour lunch break

Our online class curriculum includes all of the same great information as our in-person classes, taught by medical professionals
